About Me

I’m Azaan Sajid.

Training for over five years gave me all the experience needed to build a strong body lifting and eating well. At the surface, I appeared to have it all together, but in actuality, my mind was scattered. I lacked purpose and connection. I was just mindlessly following a routine.

It was time to face the truth within and come to terms with my own reality. It wasn’t about building muscle anymore. Now, I needed to become a man. I rebuilt everything. I found God. Reconnected with my family. I journaled, reflected, slowed down, and understood the importance of true discipline. I unlocked true spirituality by forming healthier habits like waking up at 4am, praying, training with intent, and eating clean.

Gratitude is the key to success. In order for me to live the life I truly wanted, I recognised the importance of practising gratitude for my current life.

I’m not here to sell dreams. I’m here to provide insight into what’s waiting for you when you take full ownership of your life. No more playing victim. No more low standards.

My coaching. My guides. My content. It all comes from real experience.

If you’re ready to stop drifting and start living with purpose, I’ll help you get there.

Timeline of My Life

June 2022 – April 2023
Before After

Walked into the gym at 17. Skinny frame, no muscle, no direction.

Home was chaos. Family issues were heavy. I needed a release.

The gym became my escape. The only place I had full control.

Sports were my thing growing up. But this felt different.

Training gave me peace, structure, something to own. It felt like home.

• I started making progress. Gained muscle, felt stronger, walked taller.

• But my mindset wasn’t locked in. Nutrition was off. My circle was weak.

• I got complacent. Slipped back. Lost everything I built.

• But I knew that version of me wasn’t the final product.

• That wasn’t him. I just hadn’t become him yet.

Bulking Phase Mid Progress Cutting Phase

Started working as a sales assistant. Fell into the trap of chasing money over meaning.

Gym got sidelined. Once a week at best. Just enough to lie to myself.

Deep down, I knew I wasn’t serious. I was drifting.

Got back into it. More consistent, but my diet was chaos.

Ate everything. No plan. No control. Dirty bulked from 67kg to 92kg fast.

Bigger and stronger, yeah. But bloated, tired, and uncomfortable in my own skin.

Realised the hard truth. There’s no shortcut to doing it right.

• That bulk gave me size, but it also taught me what not to do.

Started taking things more seriously. Posted on social media. Shared my routine.

• Still insecure. Still figuring things out. But I kept showing up.

• I needed structure. I needed accountability. So I built it.

• Started my first proper cut. No guessing. No slacking.

• This time I was locked in. Focused. Disciplined.

• Real growth started here. Not from perfection. But from owning my mistakes and choosing better.

Thought I had the gym figured out. But my growth was stuck inside the gym walls.

No structure. No vision outside of training. Just ego in disguise.

Quit my sales job at Zara. Dropped out of uni. Told no one. Not even family.

• I hated it. Every day felt wrong. But I trusted myself. I knew I was meant for more.

• Poured everything into the gym. Thought looking big meant power, respect, clients.

• All it brought was fat, frustration, and fake confidence.

Dirty bulking. Zero understanding of real nutrition. Just processed protein and lies I told myself.

Started learning properly. Real protein intake, clean eating, cardio.

• By August, my body finally started responding. I thought I was locked in.

I wasn’t.

• Old life crept back in. Laziness, bad habits, fake friends, distractions.

• I had to silently cut people off. Not out of hate. Out of growth.

Lost discipline. Lost my why. I was chasing validation, not purpose.

• That’s when I paused everything. Turned inward.

• I reconnected with Islam. Reflected. Journaled. Prayed.

Spoke with wise people. Slowed down. Listened to life again.

• This time it wasn’t about attention. It was about alignment.

• But the test wasn’t over.

Lost 14 to 15 people I called close friends.

• Realised they didn’t want me to win. That pain was heavy.

• But over time, that pain became peace.

• I made space. And the right people walked in. Real brothers, real support.

Less quantity. More quality. People who moved in silence and grew with fire.

• Then it all made sense.

• I got in the best shape of my life. Not just physically, but mentally and spiritually.

• I realised the gym was never about weights. It was about lifting myself.

• That’s when I shifted my coaching. From gym plans to full lifestyle and mindset transformation.

• Because if you don’t change how you think and how you live, a workout plan means nothing.

• I took five years of trial, error, wins, and losses. Turned it into six months of structured transformation.

• You don’t have to waste five years like I did.

• You just have to start living properly.

• The life you want is already yours. But you only receive it when you become the person who can hold it.

• I’m in the best shape of my life. Confident, focused, disciplined.

Building my online coaching business. Helping hundreds transform their lifestyle.

Ticking off goals that once felt out of reach. One by one.

• I wake up with purpose. I stay close to God. I stay grounded.

• Do I still have bad days? Absolutely.

• But I know my morals. I know my code as a man.

• I know these moments are tests from God shaping me into who I’m meant to be.

• My mission isn’t done. My process isn’t finished.

• And I’m grateful for that. Because there’s still so much more inside me.

More to give. More to build. More to become.

• And I’ll manifest every single bit of it until the day I f*ing die.
